Fellowship Groups
Faithbuilders
Fellowship for adults ages 60+. Monthly potluck meal/ fellowship. Occasional trips. Meets on the second Thursday each month, 6:30 pm – 8:00 pm.
Location: Kids Sanctuary
Community Home Groups
Fellowship for adults, various age groups.Monthly meal / fellowship. Meets on the fourth weekend of each month.
Location: Various Homes
Men's Basketball
Games include half-court and full-court depending on the turnout. This group meets monthly on the first and third Mondays from 7:00 pm – 9:00 pm in the Community Center. Led by Trevon Loeser.
Growth Groups
Bible Group: John's Gospel
This group will meet for 8 weeks to discover the major themes of the Gospel of John. Meets on Wednesday’s at 7:00 pm, starting 2/19 in the Kids Worship Center. Led by Pastor Mike Smith.
Men's Group
The men of Eastside meet for breakfast, encouragement, and growth on the first Saturday of each month. This group begins on 3/1 from 8:00 am to 9:00 am in the Mission Grounds Café. Led by Pastor Chris Smith.
“The Chosen” Season 1 Group
This group will meet weekly to watch and discuss an episode of “The Chosen,” Season 1. Group meets on Wednesdays for 8 weeks, starting 2/19 in the Adult Worship Center at 7:00 pm. Led by Matt and Lisa Dickerson.
Student Groups
These groups connect students with others in their age/grade and help them to grow together in the faith journey. These groups meet every Wednesday for worship and devotion at 7:00 pm. Tatiana Ouedraogo leads the Middle School Group (ages 12-14) in Room 205 on the Lower Level. Pastor Nate and Maria Abdala lead the High School group (ages 15-18) in Room 216 on the Lower Level.
Prayer Groups
24/7 Intercessory Prayer
One day a month we pray over the city of Louisville for 24 hours. This is in partnership with other local churches for the purpose of covering our city in continual intercessory prayer. Join us on the second Monday of each month by signing up for a 30 minute or 1 hour prayer time.
WOMEN’S PRAYER
This group is for ladies to connect and to pray for specific needs. The Women’s Prayer group meets every Tuesday from 11:00 am – 12:00 pm in the Connection Point Room located next to the church foyer. This group is led by Sherry Smith.
Support Groups
Celebrate Recovery
Celebrate Recovery (CR) is a Christian recovery program that helps people overcome hurts, habits, and hang-ups. CR meets every Tuesday with doors opening at 6:30 pm (Office Building, Entrance “B”). Large group begins at 7:00 pm in the Kids Worship Center. Small groups begin at 8:00 in designated rooms. Program ends at 9:00 pm. This group is led by Jordan and Brittany Cottrell.
